Save the Date: Saturday, April 27, 2013
The Changing Lives with Art Auction will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 in the Garthwaite Center for Science and Art.
The Changing Lives with Art Auction is a lively evening of bidding for fine art, elegant food and drink, and live entertainment. The auction will feature hundreds of artists and more than 150 pieces of art, in a wide variety of mediums and price ranges. In addition to a silent auction, the evening will feature a live auction of jury-selected works with Newbury Medal-winning author Jack Gantos, who is also a current CSW parent.
Serving as Alumni Co-chairs of the event are Boston-based sculptor Niho Kozuru ’86 and Ethan Cohen ’79, owner of the Ethan Cohen Fine Arts gallery in New York. This year, we are excited to have Katherine French, executive director of the Danforth Museum of Art, joining Todd Bartel, Thompson Gallery director and visual arts teacher, as jurors.
