This year's CSW Spring Musical Production is HONK! - book and lyrics by Anthony Drewe and Music by George Stiles.
This family-friendly musical takes inspiration from Hans Christian Andersen’s beloved fable “The Ugly Duckling” and tells the story of an odd-looking baby duck and their quest to find their mother.
Ugly looks quite a bit different from his darling duckling brothers and sisters. The other animals on the farm are quick to notice and point this out, despite his mother's protective flapping. Feeling rather foul about himself, the little fowl finds himself on an adventure of self-discovery, all the while unknowingly outwitting a very hungry cat. Along the way, Ugly meets a whole flock of unique characters and finds out being different is not a bad thing to be.
Join us Thursday and Friday, April 23 & 24 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 25 at 2:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. All performances in the Robin Wood Theatre.
