Jane's Pocket Change: CSW, Our Home

Close to 100 students and 30 adults live at CSW and make it their home; each day we all take at least one meal in the dining hall, and our campus residents enjoy three. The dining hall is a warm, welcoming place.
Close to 100 students and 30 adults live at CSW and make it their home; each day we all take at least one meal in the dining hall, and our campus residents enjoy three. The dining hall is a warm, welcoming place.

There’s always something new to try and Scott Rothwell and his crew care deeply about the quality of the food they prepare, how it is displayed and how they might make it better for us.

Last week we welcomed some new folks to the dining hall team: Armondo Fabian Edwards, Diana Solivan, Alida Caceres and Chris Hans Martinez. We know that they will soon become part of our CSW world. They join Scott, Irvel Barosy, Jim Neal, Blake Bodden and Kevin Wilson to staff dining services from the early hours pre-breakfast through dinner, and many evening events.

Our friends from Culinart, the food service we use, take care of us through the nurture and sustenance that food brings, and through their kind words and upbeat attitude. Beyond the great menus, they all take an interest in us, our work and the community of which they are part. Thanks chefs, food preparers, dishwashers and managers for helping to make CSW special, for the wonderful repasts and the bright smiles when we come into the dining hall.
