Academic Support

CSW offers students several ways to strengthen their academic skills through individualized attention and support.

The Skills Center provides students identified with specific reading, writing, and organizational needs the opportunity to better understand their individual learning styles. A student's eligibility for Skill Center support is determined by the Skills Center director. Students taking advantage of the Skills Center work to improve academic skills, study habits and strategies.

In addition, students can access more discipline specific support. CSW's Math Lab and the Math Skills course both provide one-on-one tutorials. For extra support in foreign language skills, students may sign up for D Block Language Lab.

CSW also provides an Evening Skills Program which is open to students on a daily, ongoing basis.
