"Doing what I want to do. It sounds lame, but I've learned how to be me without worrying about pressures from outside sources. I've learned how to do what's right while staying true to myself and my beliefs. Throughout the college application process, I've really learned how much CSW has meant in my life. It taught me to look at my education, myself and the world around me a little differently. Sure, there are flaws, as with anything, but choosing CSW is probably the best decision I've ever made. I am now a confident leader, and I know I can accomplish a lot if I set my mind on it. I feel prepared to start my life in college or a year off or whatever I choose to do." | ![]() Julie (left) and Katie |
"Art. Even though this is only my second year, I learned so much. [The] art teachers are so nice, passionate, and always willing to help. Taking many different art courses helped me to be a better artist, to realize that everything is art and nothing is boring. Also, teachers encouraged me to go beyond my imagination and challenge myself which really helped me a lot!"

"Algebra. I know that sounds weird, but I never really liked it until I came to CSW. I guess it has to do with the teaching methods and the class atmosphere, but now I really enjoy it!"
- Sara, 11th grade (Sudbury, Mass.)
"Science. I never understood science at all before this year in FATE (From Atoms to Ecosystems). We learned a lot about global warming, a subject I never really understood before, but now can explain. The class was arranged so that we were interacting a ton, making it easier to grasp difficult concepts."
- Olivia, 9th grade (Sherborn, Mass.)
"Cheerleading. Before I came here I never thought that I'd want to be a cheerleader. But now I am captain of the squad and I LOVE it."
- Britney, 12th grade (Hillside, N.J.)
