Payment Plans

Specifics of Financial Planning for CSW

Enrollment Deposit

A check for $2,500, credited on the first tuition bill, is required to validate the Enrollment Contract and to hold the student’s place at CSW. For new students, this deposit is typically due about three weeks after the student is accepted to the school.

Tuition Refund Plan

Students are enrolled for the full

academic year, and CSW does not offer any adjustments for any reason.

To assist our families in meeting their financial obligation in case of a student’s voluntary or involuntary withdrawal from school, CSW offers the Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) through A.W.G. Dewars, Inc.

Processing Cost: 2.4% of the insured amount.

Three CSW Payment Plans

Plan 1: One Payment (due by July 15)

100 percent of tuition, minus any financial aid grant and the enrollment deposit, is due by July 15.

Tuition Refund Plan:

Optional, but strongly recommended.

Plan 2: Two Payments (due by July 15 and December 1)

60 percent of tuition and the fee for the Tuition Refund Plan minus the enrollment deposit are due by July 15. The remaining 40 percent of tuition is due by December 1. Financial aid grants are credited on a prorated basis.

Tuition Refund Plan:

Required; full cost of TRP is due with the July 15 payment.

Plan 3: Ten Monthly Payments (TuitionPay® administered by Sallie Mae)

Remittance is made by monthly check or automatic bank account withdrawal through the TuitionPay® monthly plan administerd by Sallie Mae, beginning May 20 and ending February 20.

In addition to tuition, the mandatory Tuition Refund Plan and other anticipated costs can be paid through TuitionPay. If not paid through TuitionPay, these items are billed and payable directly to CSW each month. CSW strongly encourages families to include these costs in their TuitionPay Plan, rather than send separate payments to TuitionPay and to CSW. The Business Office will help estimate expenses for the year. Your completed TuitionPay application and processing fee must be mailed directly to TuitionPay, or you may process your application online at www.tuitionpayenroll.com.

The original Enrollment Contract and deposit must be mailed to CSW.

Processing Cost:

$55 - payable to TuitionPay.

Tuition Refund Plan:

Required; can be included in each payment to TuitionPay.
