Inquiry and Campus Visit (September-January)
Contact the Admissions Office by phone or by e-mail, or complete the online inquiry form to request a viewbook, course catalog, college profile and application forms.
Families also should call the Admissions Office to schedule a campus tour and interview. We welcome prospective families to visit CSW when school is in session on Monday through Friday from late September through the month of January. Visits typically last about an hour and a half.
Prospective students and their families are encouraged to visit CSW during our annual fall Open House. Guests will have the opportunity to take a tour of campus, speak with members of the faculty and administration, meet current students, and attend information sessions. Please contact the Admissions Office for more information about the Open House.
Gathering Application Materials (November-January)
Applicants should speak with their current English teacher, math teacher and guidance counselor or school placement advisor to request that they submit recommendations by February 1. Applicants should fill out the top five lines of these recommendation forms and give each form to the appropriate teacher or counselor:
Applicants should write their application essay and responses to the three “short response” application questions.

Admitted students and their parents or guardians are invited to revisit events to speak with current students, teachers and administrators prior to making enrollment decisions. This also is an opportunity for prospective students to attend classes with current students.
Admitted students who choose to attend CSW must return the enrollment contract and non-refundable deposit to the Admissions Office.
Late applications may be considered after April 10, as space permits. Please contact the Admissions Office with any questions about space availability or the second round application process.
