The athletic program at CSW cultivates students' understanding of the lifelong benefits of physical activity. Participating and competing in athletics helps students develop a healthy, competitive attitude, and gain a deeper understanding of mutual respect, collaboration and the relationship of the individual to the community.
CSW offers students a wide range of athletic pursuits, ranging from interscholastic competition and tournaments to individual recreational activities such as cycling, weight training and martial arts. The school's long-standing Wilderness Program offers extended hiking trips to the White Mountains, solo winter camping experiences and sea kayaking adventures.
