Community Days

Three times a year boarding students spend time together off campus building relationships with one another and reaching out to the greater Boston community. The first weekend of the school year is All Boarders Weekend - a two-day and night expedition designed to build a foundation for boarding students by strengthening relationships, improving problem-soving skills and setting goals for the boarding community.

Later in the year, boarding students participate in All Boarders Community Days. For one Saturday in the fall and one in the spring, boarding students travel together to area organizations and spend the day volunteering their time and effort to help others. Some recent projects involved preparing food for the homeless, farming organic vegetables, providing toys and school supplies for low income families and cleaning up conservation land.
