End-of-Mod 1 Parent/Guardian Coffee

Join Shad Sommers-Dehaney, Dean of Students, Lisa Palmero, Dean of DEIB & Grade 9, and current CSW students for a morning of connection and conversation surrounding student-centered engagement beyond the classroom. Students will explore and detail how opportunities like affinity, alliance, and interest groups; student committees; and athletic teams have helped them build skills that are transferable to other experiences and settings.

Register by October 7.
We invite you to join us at the end of every mod for a parent/guardian coffee. These events are occasions to both socialize and learn about what your student is up to at CSW. Each End-of-Mod Coffee will take place in the East Quad at 8:30 a.m. The speaking programs will be recorded and posted to the myCSW Parent Resource tile for those unable to attend.

CSW — a gender-inclusive day and boarding school for grades 9-12 and PG — is a national leader in progressive education. We live out our values of inquiry-based learning, student agency, and embracing diverse perspectives in every aspect of our student experience. Young people come to CSW to learn how to learn and then put what they learn into action—essential skills they carry into their futures as doers, makers, innovators, leaders, and exceptional humans who do meaningful work in the world.
