Parenting Adolescents During the Pandemic

On Tuesday, April 7 at 5:30 p.m., Jen Quest-Stern (Director of Community Health & Counseling) and Bernice Ruiz (Health Educator/9th Grade Counselor) will lead a conversation on how we all can continue to uphold our community and share resources during this very challenging time. They will cover the following topics:

1. Adult Self-Care: how adult self-care allows us to best care for our children.
2. Addressing specific stressors that adolescents are dealing with due to the pandemic and how to help them cope. 
3. Creating a supportive home environment. 

Please send any specific questions that you have for this conversation to dstansbury@csw.org and Jen and Bernice will make sure to address these questions during the meeting. This event will be recorded and shared with families who are unable to attend live.
