English teacher Samantha Simpson has a new piece in the recently published Exhuming Alexandria.

English teacher Samantha Simpson has a new piece in the recently published Exhuming Alexandria: Modern Myths to Tell in the Dark (Curating Alexandria). Sam's piece is titled, "There Are Starving Children in Africa," and can be found on pages 37-38. Congratulations, Sam!

In addition to teaching English here at CSW, Sam also coordinates our summer reading program. She has a BA in English from Kenyon College and an MFA in creative writing from the University of North Carolina. Just this past year, Sam was one of three inaugural grant recipients of the Alorie Parkhill Learning and Travel Fund for Teachers.
