Dean of Equity and Inclusion Publishes Article in CSEE Connections

Rosanna Salcedo, CSW Dean of Equity and Inclusion has published a piece in the Center for Spiritual and Ethical Education's Connections Quarterly summer issue on the topic of belonging. In her article, Rosanna explores the challenges students from lower income families face as members of highly affluent independent school communities, and the ways in which schools can help to mitigate these challenges.

The Cambridge School of Weston is a progressive high school for day and boarding students in grades 9–12 and PG. CSW's mission is to provide a progressive education that emphasizes deep learning, meaningful relationships, and a dynamic program that inspires students to discover who they are and what their contribution is to their school, their community and the world.
