Become a Partner in Progress… Support the CSW Annual Fund

When we ask students for one word to describe their experience at CSW, “transformational” is consistently at the top of the list. Each mod, and each year, CSW students embark upon transformational journeys from inquiry to impact. But they don’t take that journey alone. Our unique progressive model, deeply engaged faculty, extraordinarily diverse curriculum,  passionate, inclusive community… all come together to create this one-of-a-kind high school where bold learners and creative thinkers learn who they are and how they will contribute to their school, their community, and the world around them.

When you become a Partner in Progress, you fuel those transformational journeys… today, and for years to come. Join us!

Thanks to the CSW community, we exceeded our Annual Fund goal by $45,000 to reach an all time Annual Fund giving high of $860,000!

This includes 100% participation from our Board of Trustees and the senior class of 2017, 86% participation from our faculty and staff, more than half of our current parent population and a record number of alumni/ae donors (674) spanning nine decades.
Partner in Progress:
Robert Friesen '71

Robert Friesen’s first gift to the school was less than $25, but when he organized a fundraiser with the classes of ‘70, 71, and ‘72, he raised a total of $108,500, surpassing the previous reunion record by almost 100%.  In a speech made to fellow alumni, Robert explained he supports CSW because the school has been there for him since the beginning. As he so aptly puts it, “we are all asked to donate to causes, but there is only one that contributed to us long before we showed any promise ourselves”

Robert continues that support because he sees the renewed promise of the school. In his opinion,  “CSW has a level of momentum today that it has not had for decades.  Jane Moulding has done an incredible job of building a legacy - an enduring, positive foundation that is the result of an effective vision and patient implementation. She has strengthened everything from academics to the school’s financial position, participation in unique experiences for students and other accomplishments that continue to provide confidence in CSW’s future.”
