For the third time this week, the Boys' Varsity Basketball team was back in action facing another tough divisional opponent in Covenant Christian Academy.

This game was a real nail-bitter throughout and neither team was able to sustain a lead of more than 5 points at any given moment. Back and forth it went like clockwork as both teams were able to match each other's intensity while taking turns trading huge baskets at crucial moments.  Tonight's victory was a complete team win that required contributions from all of CSW's players, as the Gryphons were able to hold off a last second possession to seal a 42-39 victory.

Issac Harmon '15 came off the bench with his best game of the season and was a threat all game from the outside. Leading scorer Evan Smith '16 had his second consecutive great game by doing all the little things that mattered and owning the boards both on offense and defense.

It took a collaborate effort from all seven guys which helped improve CSW's divisional record to 4-1, but it was the learning experience from a game like this which will only benefit the Gryphons as the competition gets stronger.
