The CSW Girls' Lacrosse team had their first game of the 2014 season on Wednesday vs. Montrose School. Although CSW didn't win (the game ended with Montrose up 12-4), the Gryphons came into the match-up excited to see what they could do as a team, and were really happy with their overall performance.  Montrose school is a very experienced team, and CSW's defense stayed strong against them throughout the game. Olivia Kepler '15, Lucy Perkins '15, and Ella Williams '14 scored CSW's four goals, and Emma Rochon '15 had a solid game in goal.  CSW's new players stepped up, some starting after only two weeks of lacrosse experience! This was a great start to the season, and the team is excited for the rest of the spring.
