Field Hockey Tops Brimmer and May School

The CSW Field Hockey team faced off against Brimmer and May School on Thursday, October 2nd.
Maya Barnes '17 scored two goals, and Gracie Fisher '17 netted her first of the year as well. Mabel Gantos '15 also scored twice, with one goal coming on a rare stroke shot. Mabel had been practicing for the opportunity for years, and so the chance to convert that shot was a highlight of her season.

Playing with only eight players a side, the Gryphons adapted quickly and kept Brimmer on the defensive for much of the game. The final score was CSW 4, Brimmer and May 0.
