CSW Field Hockey Wins in Dramatic Fashion vs. Dana Hall

The CSW Field Hockey team continued its winning ways on Friday, October 10th, defeating Dana Hall School in overtime by a score of 2-1.

Maya Barnes '17 scored in the first half, and the defense, led by Emma Rochon '15 in her finest effort to date, allowed only one goal for the remainder of the game.

Valentine Ghaemi '18 provided amazing support, and Molly Warncke '15 proved a versatile player, switching from offense to defense mid-game and providing clearances that reached midfield at times.

At the end of regulation, neither team was ready to call it quits, and in the ten-minute overtime that ensued, Barnes scored her second of the contest to bring home a CSW victory. This was the team's first overtime game, and one that will prove memorable for all involved. Way to go Gryphons!
