As we reach the end of the first mod of the 2015-16 school year, let’s all take a moment to reflect on the impressive range of people who help make our school amazing:

• Our teachers and administrative staff who bring their good ideas, empathy and love of their work to all that they do.

• Our facilities crew who make the grass green, the lights work and who ensure our safety and comfort.

• Our dining staff who make us ginger tea when we are sick and create our favorite dishes.

• All of you reading this -- parents, guardians, grandparents -- you help get our students to and from school, support them in their studies and explorations and engage with our dynamic community.

The list goes on. Certainly it includes our wonderful, funny, caring students who giggled when we played musical chairs recently and who listened deeply when we remembered the effects of Hurricane Katrina or the 9/11 tragedies earlier in the module.

What a mod! As always, packed with great stories, full of growth and learning.

See you all again soon!
