Working at CSW

The Cambridge School of Weston is a diverse and dynamic community, where faculty and staff alike regularly explore and exemplify what it means to provide a uniquely meaningful high school education.

Our one-of-a-kind Mod System offers breadth, depth, and intensity you won't find at any other school, providing faculty with the flexibility and space to shape and develop innovative curriculum. Faculty typically teach no more than two academic classes per mod, meaning they are likely working with fewer than 30 students at any given time. This affords you the chance to get to know students more deeply and provide far more in-depth assignments and feedback.

In addition to our incredible faculty, we consider every member of our staff as integral participants of this community, all of us working together to propel the school's progressive mission forward.

Benefits and Details...

The Cambridge School of Weston does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religious creed, retaliation, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity/expression, disability, mental illness, genetics, choice of health insurance, marital status, age, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited under applicable law. We are an equal opportunity employer and we encourage candidates who will increase our diversity to apply.

Additionally, CSW offers an attractive and competitive package of benefits to its employees. Health and wellness benefits include individual and family group health insurance, group life insurance, temporary disability benefits, workers’ compensation insurance, and unemployment compensation.

Eligible employees may participate in the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA) — a retirement income plan that includes a matching contribution by CSW. They may also contribute to a voluntary tax-sheltered annuity not matched by CSW.

CSW—a gender-inclusive day and boarding school for grades 9-12—is a national leader in progressive education. We live out our values of inquiry-based learning, student agency, and embracing diverse perspectives in every aspect of our student experience. Young people come to CSW to learn how to learn and then put what they learn into action—essential skills they carry into their futures as doers, makers, innovators, leaders, and exceptional humans who do meaningful work in the world.
