About

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

Come as you are

Grow into who you're meant to be

At The Cambridge School of Weston, our community is built on meaningful relationships, mutual respect, and the belief that every individual has something important to contribute. Whether you’re stepping into a classroom, a dorm, or an affinity space, you’ll be met with curiosity, compassion, and a true sense of belonging.

We know that students thrive when they feel seen and valued. That’s why we foster a culture where difference is celebrated, equity is prioritized, and everyone is empowered to show up as their full self.
Our formal values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are not just words on a page — they are active, evolving practices that shape everything we do.
