Adam Olivier, Boarding Student Representative

Adam Olivier is a senior at The Cambridge School of Weston who, despite his age, brings years of nonprofit leadership, civic service, and entrepreneurial experience to his role on the Board. Grounded in values of equity, advocacy, and youth empowerment, Adam is a dynamic force for change within and beyond the CSW community.
As the former Head of CSW’s Advisory Board, Adam led several impactful student-centered policy efforts, including revisions to the school's Proper Attire Policy and Phone Policy, demonstrating his skill in collaborative governance and institutional reform.

Outside of school, Adam’s commitment to community development spans media, public service, and nonprofit work. He has worked with the Immigrant Family Services Institute since 2019, rising through roles such as Director of Youth Programming and now Technical & Youth Advisor, supporting immigrant youth across Greater Boston.

In addition to serving as Director of Media at Lionheart Volleyball Club and Logistics Manager at Growth Chasers Volleyball, Adam is the Founder of Photos By YA and recently launched The Lionheart Foundation, a nonprofit sub-branch of Lionheart dedicated to expanding access and equity in youth sports, especially for underrepresented communities. He has also held roles with the Town of Concord, Boston UVC, and The Gents’ Foundation, blending public action with digital storytelling and logistics expertise.
