noon - Dorms open for Dorm Leaders
3 p.m. - Dorm Leader orientation begins
Sunday, September 5
9:30 p.m. - Dorm Leader orientation continues
12:30 - Dorm Parent/Dorm Leader work
5:30 - Dorm Parent/Associate dinner with international students and dorm leaders
Monday, September 6
9-10 a.m. - Breakfast in the dining hall
11-11:30 a.m. - Dorm Leaders and International Student Helpers Meeting
1-3 p.m. - New Boarders Arrive and Register at the Mugar Center Lobby
4-6 - Returning boarders arrive
4-5:30 - Ice breakers for all new boarding students on the Quad
4-5:30 p.m. - New boarding parent welcome/orientation in the Community Gallery
5:30-6:30 p.m. - Dinner (parents welcome to attend)
6:30-7 p.m. - Free time and parents depart
7-9 - Dorm meetings
Tuesday, September 7
8-8:30 p.m. - Big Brother/Sister meeting in the Community Gallery
8-8:30 p.m. - Registration for new day students
8:30-9:15 p.m. - New day student parent welcome in the Mugar Theatre
8:30-10:45 p.m. - Orientation Program for All New Students
11 a.m.-4:15 p.m. - Class orientation
11-11:30 a.m. – All School Assembly
11:30 a.m.-12:05 p.m. – A-Block
12:05-12:50 p.m. – Lunch
12:50-1:25 p.m. – B-Block
1:30-1:50 p.m. – Advisor Block
1:55-2:30 p.m. – C-Block
2:45-4:15 p.m. – D-Block
4-7 p.m. - Artist Reception, Thompson Gallery
5:30-6:15 p.m. - Dinner for boarding students
6 p.m. - New Parent BBQ followed by Parent Association Meeting
9-10 p.m. Dorm meetings
