AISNE High School Students of Color Conference

This annual AISNE High School Students of Color Conference uplifts the voices and experiences of marginalized identities in independent schools. Through workshops, keynotes, and student-led sharing, it fosters community, learning, and connection. While open to all students, the conference centers the experiences of students of color, with most spaces and offerings designed for BIPOC attendees. White allies with the maturity and understanding of the conference's purpose may also be invited to participate. This approach creates a platform for students of color and allies to reflect, connect, and grow together. With a focus on student leadership, the conference ensures a positive, educational, and inclusive experience, cultivating a safe and joyful environment for all participants.
