    My name is Bobby, and I’m the Director of Residential Life and Student Activities. This is my twelfth year at CSW and my fourth year working in Residential Life. I live on campus with my partner and our pets, and I truly enjoy calling CSW home. I also coach the Boys’ Varsity Basketball team, and in the afternoons, you can usually find me down by the athletic facilities — either coaching or cheering on one of our teams.

    I’m Lisa Palmero, CSW’s Dean of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. I live on campus with my family and also teach in the English Department. This is my second year at CSW and my 23rd in independent schools. I’m a Filipina American who grew up in Saudi Arabia and attended an independent school myself. I love the energy here and the many ways students bring creativity, agency, and joy to campus life!

    Hi, I’m Yadira, and I’m in my fifth year at CSW and I’m a dorm parent at Trapelo. Being a dorm parent is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. You’ll usually find me planning something fun for students, whether it’s our back-to-school foam party, a dance, or one of my favorite res life traditions — snack social. I care about creating spaces where students feel seen, celebrated, and free to show up as their full selves.

    Hi, I'm Hannah! This is my third year being a part of the CSW community as a language faculty member as well as a dorm parent in the Aleph Dorm and an Ultimate Frisbee coach. Languages and linguistics are a huge passion for me and I always find it fun when students in my dorm ask to practice their conversational skills with me!

    Hi, I’m Nathan! I am from Beijing, China, and I live in Aleph. I play varsity soccer, basketball, and volleyball and participate in the Asian Heritage Affinity Group, Weightlifting Club, Basketball Club, and BLAIM (Black, Latino, Asian & Indigenous Men). I also really enjoy the math classes at CSW.

    My name is Jeanette Origel. I have been working in the Marketing and Communications Office for eight years, and this is my sixth year as a dorm parent in the Barn Dorm. Dorm parenting has given me an opportunity to build meaningful connections with students. I enjoy our weekly Wednesday walks, which is an evening walk after study hours. I also love baking for my dorm, chatting about nail art, and helping students create their next hairstyles!

    Hi, I’m Kannie! I am from Lagos, Nigeria, and I live in the Barn dorm.  I love math and my favorite CSW class I have ever taken was "Calculus AB." I also enjoy fiber art (crocheting, knitting, and  sewing), and I play volleyball recreationally every weekend in the Fit with other boarding students.

    Hi! I'm Doralis Pérez-Soto, a Spanish teacher and dorm parent here at The Cambridge School of Weston. I studied French and German at the University of Puerto Rico, and studied abroad in France. I deepened my understanding of languages and communication while completing my master's degree in communication research. I have been part of the residential community for nine years, and love calling CSW my home.

    Hi, I’m J'Nyla! I am from Lawrence, MA, and I live in Warren House. I play Girls Varsity Volleyball and am a leader of the Queer People of Color affinity group. I am also involved in the Black Student Union, La Sociedad, and the Mixed Heritage affinity groups. I have enjoyed visual arts, theatre, and humanities at CSW.

    My name is Madi, and I’m a dorm parent in Warren House. This is my second year at CSW and in residential life. In the dorm, I love bringing students together to bake, watch movies, and play board games. Outside of the dorm, I teach science and health, coach Girls’ Varsity Basketball, help coordinate weekend activities as part of Student Life, and serve as a faculty representative on the IDEA Committee.

    Hi, I’m Fang-Yuan! I am from Lexington, MA, and I live in Warren House. I play Girls Varsity Volleyball and serve as an assembly coordinator. I am also one of the co-heads for the Circle of Sisters affinity group, a group for women of color on campus. I also really enjoy math and history at CSW.

    My name is Shad, and this is my fifth year at CSW and third in the residential life program. I'm a dorm parent in Aleph, where I live with my family. I'm the assistant coach of the Girls Basketball team, and I love cheering on all of our students both on the courts and fields, and in the theatre and dance studios.

    Hi, I’m Jared! I am from Lexington, MA, and I live in Aleph. I am the leader of the Coed Volleyball Club and an active member of Wax Printing Club, Health Occupations Club, and the Jewish Student Affinity Space.
