End of Year Info for Dorms 

End Of Year Pass
  • Now available on Orah.
  • Students should fill out an end-of-year Orah pass by Sunday, June 7. It is the yellow event with an E. 
Move Out Times/Dates
  • Students may depart dorms starting on Thursday, June 11, after their last school commitment.
  • Dorms close on Saturday, June 13, at 9:00 AM for the summer. All students and their belongings must be off campus by then. 
  • Students should only stay until June 13 if their flight or other departure transportation is scheduled for that day. The expectation is that most students will depart for the summer on or before Friday, June 12.
  • Graduation takes place on Friday, June 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on The Quad. Students, unless a family member of a graduate, will not have seats under the tent but are welcome to attend the ceremony.
  • The last meal served in the Dining Hall (light breakfast) will be on Friday, June 12, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
Move Out Expectations
  • If you are hoping to attend any social gatherings in the final days of school, it’s imperative that you have your room move-out ready.
  • All rooms must be move-out ready.
  • All students must check in with the Dorm Parent on duty before their departure to make sure that their room is in an acceptable condition to move out.
  • Students should give their room keys and FOBs to the Dorm Parent on duty at the time of departure or leave them on the desk in their room.
End of Year Transportation
  • CSW will provide transportation to:
    • Logan and South Station on Thursday, June 11 at 3:30 p.m. 
    • Riverside, Logan, and South Station on Friday, June 12 (Time TBD depending on responses). 
    • Riverside, Logan, and South Station on Saturday, June 13, departing CSW at 8:30 a.m.
  • Please sign up for End of Year Transportation by filling out this form. 
Summer Storage
  • Any student hoping to store items at CSW over the summer must fill out this summer storage form by Sunday, May 31, at 10:00 p.m
  • Returning students living in Barn, Warren, and Aleph who live internationally or outside of New England may store their items in the dorm storage area for the summer. CSW is not liable for missing or damaged items stored over the summer.
  • Returning students living in Trapelo who live internationally or outside of New England can store their items on campus. Trapelo will store items in an on-campus storage container. We will provide a truck during the last week of school so you can bring your items to the designated storage space (Truck Schedule forthcoming). CSW is not liable for missing or damaged items stored over the summer.
  • All students may store their mini fridges in the dorms over the summer. Mini fridges should be cleaned and clearly labeled with the student’s name.
  • Students wishing to store their items off campus or ship their items to their next destination should be in touch individually with Gene at Boston Pack and Ship.
Item Disposal
  • We have dumpsters available at each dorm starting the week of May 24.
  • Students should use only the dumpsters provided by CSW to throw away personal items. Students should NOT use the trash bins located inside or outside of the dorms.
  • All graduating students must move all items out of their rooms and the dorm. They will not be permitted to store items at CSW over the summer.
  • Boxes and packing tape will be available for purchase in the school store. We will have another Home Depot trip on the weekend of May 30. 
  • Garbage bags for the disposal of items and packing purposes will be available in each of the dorms.
