The Cambridge School of Weston, Inc. (“CSW” or “us” or “we” or “our”) owns and operates the website located at https://www.csw.org/ (the “Site”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we handle personally identifiable information and other data we learn or collect about you from your visit to our Site.

This Policy only applies to the Site identified, above. Throughout our Site’s pages, we may provide links to other external online locations or services which may contain information of interest to you or other visitors to our Site. These external services are controlled by third parties, not CSW, and CSW is not responsible for the privacy practices and data collection policies for such third-party services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, creating a text link from your web site to our Site does not require permission.
Use of Site Content
You are not authorized to publish or otherwise use content or information made available on or through the Site, including our logo and/or any images, without the prior express written permission of CSW. If you would like to publish content or information that you find on our Site, please send your request to communications@csw.org. We welcome your comments on the accessibility of the Site, but it is important to note that CSW’s accessibility efforts for the Site are ongoing as we work to implement improvements consistent with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as they are updated over time. We use the information we collect automatically whenever you use the Site to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our Site, and to help us make our Site more useful to visitors.
Collection and Use of Automatically Collected Information
CSW, or third-party service providers acting on our behalf, automatically collect and store only the following information about you when you visit and use the Site: the name of the domain from which you access the Internet, your IP address, information about your web browser, your approximate location, the date and time you access our Site, your pageviews and actions on the Site, and the Internet address of the website from which you linked to our Site.
Online Inquiry Form
If you complete any online inquiry or other form available on the Site, and share your personally identifiable information through any such form, then this information will be used to process the form you submitted, or to provide you with more targeted content. More specifically, through the forms available on the Site we may collect and use your:
- Email address or other contact information to send further information about our CSW or to contact you when necessary, as well as applicant information including a student’s name, grade level, desired enrollment year, and interests such as sports to process enrollment applications;
- Organization’s name, along with a contact name, email address, and phone number for purposes of processing rental request forms; and/or
- Information related to your interests and background, as well as contact information like your phone number or home address, for purposes of processing admissions inquiries – please note that such inquiries are processed through a form that channels into a third-party system operated by Ravenna (to learn more about how Ravenna may handle the information it collects from you through this process you will need to review their privacy policy).
You also may decide to send us personally identifying information, for example, in an email containing a question or comment, or by filling out a form on the Site that provides us this information. We use personally identifying information from email primarily to respond to your requests. We may forward your email to other employees who are better able to answer your questions. We may also use your email to contact you in the future about our programs that may be of interest.
If you sign up for one of our email lists, we will only send you the kinds of information you have requested.
Sending Us An Email

We use personally identifying information from email primarily to respond to your requests. We may forward your email to other employees who are better able to answer your questions. Sharing Information
We may upload, transfer, or share personally identifying information and other data with third-party service providers to help us operate the Site or to assist us with other services. This may include sharing your:
- Email address with email marketing providers such as MailChimp (see MailChimp’s privacy policy here) to send you communications;
- Personal or organizational contact information with event and program management platforms such as Homeroom (see Homeroom’s privacy policy here) to administer summer camps and other auxiliary programs;
- Name, professional information, and certain transactional information through fundraising or event management platforms such as Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT (see Blackbaud’s privacy policy here) and Almabase (see Almabase’s privacy policy here) to administer donations, alumni events, and other fundraising efforts; and/or
- Contact information, interests, and background with providers of admissions and enrollment software such as Ravenna (see Ravenna’s privacy policy here) to process admissions inquiries and applications.
Opt Out or Change Your Contact Information
Our Site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us through an online form. You may also update your contact information previously provided to us by emailing us at communciations@csw.org. You cannot remove yourself from our database, but you can unsubscribe from unwanted communication.
