Welcome to CSW Summer. We are excited that you are interested in joining the seasonal summer staff! Camp dates this year are from Monday June 22 to Friday August 14, 2026, with staff training and orientation during the week prior to the start of camp. Please complete your application and we will reach out to those applicants who meet our needs for available positions. We encourage you to browse around on our website prior to the interview to become familiar with our camp.

Candidates for positions at CSW Summer Camp must be at least 17 years old by the start of their employment. All employees under the age of 18 must obtain the necessary work permit for 14-17 year-olds as required by Massachusetts state law.
