Visual Art Teacher Todd Bartel Curates Local Exhibit

Visual Art Teacher Todd Bartel is the guest curator behind "Complex Muses," and exhibit hosted by the Art Complex in Duxbury, MA.

The show will open on May 18, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

“This exhibit celebrates a variety of techniques, including drawing, painting, papier colle, sewn collage, digital collage, assemblage, and paper sculpture," Todd says.

Pieces selected were inspired by work in the museum's AMC 50+1 exhibit. Artists featured include Todd Bartel, Allan Bealy, Laura Christensen, Ginnie Gardiner, Kathy Greenwood, Holly Harrison, D. Dominick Lombardi, Keith Maddy, China Marks, Maureen McCabe, Michael Oatman, and Kenneth A. Ragsdale.

Todd will be leading a weekend activity to view the exhibit later this month.
