CSW's DEIB Office Hosts Heritage Fest
The DEIB Office proudly hosted the CSW community to this year’s Heritage Fest, where 28 different heritages were represented in a colorful and engaging celebration of culture and connection. The Fit was transformed into a lively showcase of traditions, creativity, and community spirit.
Each table brought something unique to the event, from flavorful dishes and striking artwork to personal stories and cultural customs. warm, energetic, and deeply meaningful. The success of the celebration was made possible by our community members who contributed to the event. Whether you organized a table, attended in support of others, or stopped by to experience the festivities, your presence helped make the event special. Heritage Fest served as an important opportunity to recognize and celebrate the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities that strengthen and enrich our CSW community.
CSW—a gender-inclusive day and boarding school for grades 9-12—is a national leader in progressive education. We live out our values of inquiry-based learning, student agency, and embracing diverse perspectives in every aspect of our student experience. Young people come to CSW to learn how to learn and then put what they learn into action—essential skills they carry into their futures as doers, makers, innovators, leaders, and exceptional humans who do meaningful work in the world.
