Nine seniors at The Cambridge School of Weston received special recognition from the National Merit Scholarship Program for their achievement on the PSATs.

Corinna Anderson '11, William Blum '11, Alexander Bogart '11, Rebecca Dickinson '11, William Freedberg '11, Bradford Gilligan '11, Jennifer Kessler '11, William Quinn '11, and Annabel Steven '11 were named Commended Students in the 2011 National Merit competition.

These students placed among the top five percent of more than 1.5 million students who entered the competition, and Jane Moulding, head of school, presented a letter of commendation to these scholastically talented seniors at a recent assembly.

The students became commended scholars for the scholarship program by taking the 2009 Preliminary PSAT, the qualifying test for the National Merit Scholarship Program.
