CSW Alumnus Launches 'Sustainable' Farm-to-Plate Food Truck

One of the most highly anticipated Food Trucks of the year is hitting the Boston streets next week and one of its founders/operators is a CSW alum!

Jackson Renshaw's '08 Kickstarter-funded truck, Fresh Food Generation, will prepare Caribbean and Latin American-inspired food using locally sourced ingredients primarily from Boston and New England area farms. Gaining inspiration from his work with The Food Project, Renshaw's aim is to bring culturally appropriate, sustainable meals to lower-income areas of the city that typically lack healthy food options. The hype for the truck is growing, as Boston media outlets are picking up on this important project - click here to read a recent online article featuring Jackson's truck. Keep up the great work Jackson!
