Dmitri Rabin P'22, Investment Committee Chair
Dmitri Rabin joined the CSW community as a parent in 2018 and was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2022. He currently chairs the Investment Committee and also serves on the Finance and Leadership Committees. Dmitri is a Managing Director at Jennison Associates, where he leads the Structured Finance team, and brings over 25 years of experience in investment management, strategy, and financial markets.
Dmitri also teaches finance at Boston University. Before joining the CSW board, Dmitri served for 14 years as a board member and Chair of the Hearts and Noses Hospital Clown Troupe. He received his BA from Amherst College and his MBA from MIT. Outside of work, Dmitri enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their beloved dog, Charlie.
