Hello!

We started our day with a visit to the ITZ (intertidal zone), where we continued to collect data for our studies. Afterward, we went on a sustainability hike, learning about the different methods Hurricane Island employs to be environmentally friendly. For example, we saw the quarry pond, solar panels, compost garden, and compostable toilets. Following the hike, we enjoyed lunch and then spent a few hours working on our outdoor sculptures and sketches before dinner. Post dinner, we played some art and card games. Right before bed, some of us wore eye masks and sat around the fire.
