Day 3 - March 31: Harvesting Green Onions!
Today was our first day in a new hotel in the mountains. We started the day off by going to cook our own scallion pancakes. Once we finished we harvested scallions from a farm near by. Then we drove into a city to have lunch and shop. When we got back to the hotel we had a barbecue for dinner. Today was a fun and relaxing day in Taiwan.

Three Students to Present Original Designs at Junk Kouture Regional Final
Three students — Reese Lonetto ’27, Winter Lynn ’25, and Ella Sharma ’26 — have been selected to present their original fashion designs at the Junk Kouture regional finals in New York City on Monday, May 12.
