The CSW Boys' Varsity Tennis Team played their first match of the season on Wednesday against a strong Gann Academy squad. The conditions, which are usually windy, played up to their reputation forcing havoc on both teams through out the match. Gann Academy ended the day winning 5-0. However, the day of competition was much closer than it seemed. Two matches went to tie breakers, and the other three matches were close, with the Gryphons winning no less than five games in each match. CSW looks to get on a winning streak as they play their first home match against league opponent Brimmer and May tomorrow afternoon.
