    Early Dismissal for Zoomvisory Meetings

    On Wednesday, December 15, students will be released early to make time for Zoomvisory meetings with advisors, students, and parents/guardians. All day students must depart campus by 1 p.m. There will be no D Blocks or afterschool events.

    The schedule for December 15 will be as follows:

    8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. C Block
    10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Open Office Hours
    10:30 a.m. to noon PACE
    Noon to 12:45 p.m. Lunch
    12:45 p.m. ALL Buses Depart
    1:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Zoomvisory Meetings

    Zoomvisory Meetings

    Zoomvisories are back!

    On Wednesday, December 15, students will be released early to make time for Zoomvisory meetings with advisors, students, and parents/guardians. 

    The schedule for December 15 will be as follows:

    8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. C Block
    10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Open Office Hours
    10:30 a.m. to noon PACE
    Noon to 12:45 p.m. Lunch

    All day students must depart campus by 1 p.m. There will be no D Blocks or afterschool events.

    Zoomvisories are CSW’s virtual version of advisor/parent/student conferences and per our mission and progressive tenets, are intended to center the student in their learning. These meetings will be conducted over zoom. Advisors will be in touch to schedule 20-minute meetings with each of their advisees and parents/guardians. 

    Please stay tuned over the next few weeks for an invitation from your child’s advisor.

    Dorms Close at 12 noon

    Dorms will be closed for the Winter Break starting at 12 p.m. on Saturday, December 18. Students should plan to leave after their last commitment on Friday afternoon, December 17.
