Gryphons win a close one against CH-CH

This was a spirited and tense game between two closely matched teams. CH-CH took an early lead, but CSW clawed back to take the lead before halftime. Wet and cold conditions contributed to more dropped passes and missed throws from both teams, making for long and physical points. CSW took a two point lead when the "soft cap" arrived, but CH-CH scored two quick points to tie up the game. The final point of the game was "universe point" meaning that either team could win by scoring the point. CSW deliberately worked the disc down the field, patiently throwing around CH-CH's high energy zone defense. When the opportunity presented itself, Sam Shaw '20 launched a deep pass to Oliver Rabinov '22 in the end zone for the score! A hard fought game and a well earned win for the Uruk-hai.
