Boys' Tennis Brings Home First Win of the Season

The Boys' Varsity Tennis Team had their first home match of the season at Brook Apartment courts and brought home a 3-2 victory over Boston Trinity Academy. CSW is now 1-1 on the season. CSW got off to a fast start again with Surya Rajamani '22 continuing his winning ways by taking our first point at #1 singles by defeating his opponent 8-2. In #2 singles, Captain Issac Frankel '20 showed true determination and stamina by outlasting his opponent 8-7, winning the tiebreaker 7-5. Captain Jack Zhang '20 at #3 singles fought hard but fell short to his opponent 8-4.  
 
Going into doubles CSW held a 2-1 lead. CSW sealed the match with the doubles pair of Roger Hortsmann '22 and Alex Cooney '22 earning their first varsity win 8-2. Boston Trinity Academy earned their second point at #1 doubles when they defeated Henry Li '21 and Leo Deng '20 8-2.

CSW looks to continue it's winning ways on the road on Wednesday, April 17 vs. Brimmer & May at 4:00pm.
