Suri '25 Earns Yet Another #1 Finish

While the CSW team wasn't able to bring home the win, first-year Suri Kautz '25 had another impressive performance at this week's home cross country meet, coming in first place among female-identifying runners, and 5th place overall. With a time of 19:32, Suri finished nearly five minutes before the next best female-identifying runner.

Surya Rajamani '22 also had another impressive performance, finishing second overall and second among male-identifying runners. Surya's finished was particularly exciting to watch, as he sprinted the final few yards and dove across the finish line to beat the next best competitor by just one second.

CSW's Theo Illarionov '23, Max Evans Schmid '22, Roger Horstmann '22, and Derrick Yang '23 also clocked in top ten finishes for male-identifying runners, and Lucy Ward '23, Alexa Amato '24, Terry Yang '25, and Kayla Hammer '24 finished within the top ten for female-identifying runners.
