Girls' Varsity Basketball Excels vs. Waring School

The Girls' Varsity Basketball team faced off against Waring School in Beverly, MA on Wednesday, January 14. 
 
The Gryphons dominated this game straight from the opening tip-off. At halftime, the score was 20 to 4, with CSW on top. On the offensive side of the ball, the Gryphons executed their gameplan very well and scored on all of their inbounds plays. Lucy Perkins '15 led the team with 8 points and played an outstanding game. Jess Jaena '15 contributed 6 points and recorded several key rebounds and steals. Maddy Olson '15 also had 6 points. All the players that played in this game scored. Special mention goes to Emma Rochon '15. This was the first game Emma played in this season and she did a great job! 

The final score at the end of the game was CSW 40, Waring 18.
