CSW Lacrosse Faces Gann

The CSW Girls' Varsity Lacrosse team faced off against Gann Academy on Thursday, May 21.

The Gryphons came out with a lot of energy and passion in this match. Raewyn Fairless '15 led the team in ground ball control, while goal keeper Emma Rochon '15 had 13 saves and 3 interceptions. Lucy Perkins '15 and Izzy Lewis '15 each scored 2 goals. Gann's ball movement and athleticism was ultimately too much for the Gryphons to handle on this windy day, as Gann prevailed by a score of 12-4. It was a tough game, but CSW pushed hard until the last whistle blew.

The Gryphons will be playing their last game of the season Wednesday at Montrose.
