Students Earn JSA Best Speaker Awards
CSW congratulates Theo Dillon '20, William Feng '20, and Ruby Russell '20.
This past weekend, The Cambridge School of Weston’s Junior Statesmen of America club attended a conference at Prospect Hill Academy. Congratulations are in order for Theo Dillon '20, William Feng '20, and Ruby Russell '20, all of whom were awarded Best Speaker awards by their peers.
The Junior State of America (JSA) was created by and for young people interested in what happens around them – from politics, to how government works, and contributing to their community. Since its founding in 1934, JSA has served as a place where students build leadership skills, learn civil debate, and strengthen their engagement through volunteering and activism. More than 500,000 students have graduated high school as more active, informed members of their community as a result of their participation in JSA.

Three Students to Present Original Designs at Junk Kouture Regional Final
Three students — Reese Lonetto ’27, Winter Lynn ’25, and Ella Sharma ’26 — have been selected to present their original fashion designs at the Junk Kouture regional finals in New York City on Monday, May 12. CSW Robotics Has Best Season on Record
Read MoreCSW’s Robotics Team had a historic season this year. At its first competition in Revere, MA, the team finished qualification matches in 10th place out of 38 teams, earning them the privilege of being an alliance captain for the first time ever. They would go on to place 4th overall, solidifying a spot in the next round of competition in New Hampshire. Here, the team finished 27th out of 40 teams. These results are the best the team has seen in the history of the program.
