Graduation

Graduation will take place under a tent on the CSW quad, rain or shine. The ceremony starts at 1:00 p.m. and will last until approximately 3:15 p.m. Refreshments will then be served. (Call-time for seniors is 12:00 noon.)

Members of the senior class will be given a supply of invitations if they wish to distribute to family and friends. The Head’s Office will make an announcement to seniors once the invitations are in (typically the first day of Mod 7); each senior will be responsible for picking up their supply of invitations. Though the number of printed invitations each senior receives is limited (a packet of 8), there is no limit to the actual number of guests they may invite - there are no “tickets” involved - there are no assigned seats. In the unlikely event that all seats are filled under the tent, there is plenty of standing room on the edges of the tent.

The ceremony will be professionally photographed and filmed; families of seniors will be receiving a separate communication from the Office of Marketing & Communications with details on ordering dvds and availability of photos.

Regarding parking, Weston traffic officers and CSW personnel will be directing traffic. If you have someone in your party who requires special assistance, please advise the first traffic person you encounter and you will be directed to drop off and/or park accordingly. A shuttle service will be provided for anyone desiring a ride between the lower parking lot and the quad. Space can easily be made available for a wheelchair in the seating area along an aisle by moving chairs already in place.
