WESTON, Mass. – The Thompson Gallery at The Cambridge School of Weston is pleased to present “Part Process, Part Product,” an exhibit that explores the kinship between methodology and productivity through varying approaches to abstraction.
 
“Part Process, Part Product,” which opens March 30 and will run through June 18, is the last exhibit of a three-part series titled, Boundless Ambition, a theme that celebrates The Cambridge School of Weston’s 125-year history. An opening reception with the artists will take place on March 30, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Thompson Gallery.
 
The exhibit features seven CSW alumni: Austin Eddy '05, whose work has been featured in exhibitions in Chicago and Boston; Chris Freeman '80, a faculty member at the School of Visual Arts in New York whose sculpture has been commissioned by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and featured in exhibitions in the New York City area; Niho Kozuru '86, a sculptor whose work has been featured at the ICA in Boston, the DeCordova Museum in Lincoln, Mass., and in exhibitions in Boston, New York, Hawaii, California, and Tokyo; Jennifer Langhammer '89, whose work has been featured in exhibitions in the Boston area and in New England; Julie Oppermann '00, whose work has been exhibited in Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Ore., Brooklyn, and Germany; Jonas Wood '95, a painter whose work has been featured in solo exhibitions in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, and Belgium; and Kelly Zutrau '06, a painter and a recent graduate of Cooper Union.
 
Artists Reception: March 30, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Thompson Gallery in the Garthewaite Center for Science and Art.
 
Gallery Talk: April 14, 1 to 2 p.m., at the Thompson Gallery in the Garthewaite Center for Science and Art.
